Mondial Relay labels (Sendcloud)

Everything happens on the Dolibarr shipment card, and in the shipment list.

Choosing the point

A “Mondial Relay Point Relais®” line is added to the shipment card. The pencil opens a search around the delivery postcode: Points Relais and Lockers, with name, address, distance and opening hours. The chosen point is read again from Sendcloud before it is saved, with its type: shop or Locker.

The label

On a validated shipment, “Create the Mondial Relay label”:

1. the module asks Sendcloud for the Mondial Relay shipping options for this weight and these countries;
2. it keeps the one matching the point — Point Relais, Locker, or home delivery if you allowed it —, the cheapest offered by your account, and never an option without a printed label;
3. it creates the shipment at Sendcloud and stores the PDF label in the shipment documents;
4. it writes the tracking number and the “Mondial Relay” shipping method on the shipment.

Then “Refresh the status” shows the Sendcloud status of the parcel, and “Cancel the label” asks Sendcloud to cancel it, after confirmation.

Several parcels at once

In the shipment list, the “Mondial Relay labels” mass action lists the selected shipments (“To do”, “Already created”), creates one label per ready shipment, then offers “Download the labels (zip)”.

Checks before any request

Nothing is sent to Sendcloud while one of these is missing:

Test mode

Ticked by default, it creates Sendcloud test labels, free and without a carrier, so you can try the whole process before your first parcel. Nothing is sent to Mondial Relay, the tracking number is not written on the shipment, and a TEST badge says so. Unticked, the module creates real Mondial Relay labels, charged by Sendcloud at your account’s rates.

What was tried for real

On 14 October 2026, on Dolibarr 24.0.1, in live mode, the module created Mondial Relay label no. 73988975: a 1 kg parcel to a Point Relais in Strasbourg. The PDF was stored in the shipment documents, the tracking number and shipping method were written on the shipment. The cancellation was requested from the module the same day.

The setup page is reserved for administrators.

The “Test the connection” button searches for Points Relais near your company address and shows how many it finds.

• Two dedicated permissions: “See the Mondial Relay information of shipments” and “Choose the Point Relais, create and cancel Mondial Relay labels”. With the first one only, the Mondial Relay line is visible, without any button.
• The Dolibarr permission as well: the point selection page and the mass label page also require read access to shipments.
• Secret key encrypted in the database, never shown again on the setup page.
• Anti-CSRF token in every form. On the shipment card, the module checks the token of the create, refresh and cancel actions itself.
• Confirmed cancellation: a dialog reminds you that the label is refunded only if the cancellation is accepted before the carrier’s deadline.
• Outgoing calls limited to panel.sendcloud.sc and servicepoints.sendcloud.sc, without following redirects. The proxy set in Dolibarr is used if there is one.
• Setup reserved for administrators.

The dolixmondialrelay folder, in readable PHP, under the GPL v3 or later licence: the module descriptor, the Sendcloud API class, the shipment class, the hooks on the shipment card and list, the point selection page, the mass label page, the setup page, the SQL script of the table, the icons.

• Languages: French (fr_FR), English (en_US) and German (de_DE).
• A README.md describing how it works and its limits.
• A ChangeLog.md.

• One table is added: llx_dolixmr_envoi. It keeps one row per shipment: chosen Point Relais, Sendcloud shipment, tracking number, label file name, status, test or live mode.
• What is written on the shipment, for a real label: the tracking number and the “Mondial Relay” shipping method. The PDF label is stored in its documents.
• What is sent to Sendcloud: names, addresses, phone numbers and emails of the sender and the recipient when they are filled in, the weight, the shipment reference, the shipping option and the chosen point; for the point search, the country, the postcode and the weight.
• A “Mondial Relay” shipping method is added to the dictionary if it does not exist.
• No Dolibarr file is modified.
