Support and contact
Dolix modules and services are provided by a single person, so the same person answers you. There is no account to create and no form to fill in: an email is enough, in French, English or German.
The two addresses
Module support — support@dolix.fr
Installation error, a module that will not activate, behaviour different from what its page
describes, a question about how to use it.
Quotes and other enquiries — contact@dolix.fr
A request for a diagnosis or a quote for a package, a question before buying,
compatibility with your version, wanting to be told when a module goes on sale, anything else.
These two addresses are receive-only. The reply will reach you from another address; check your spam folder if nothing seems to arrive.
What to include
The more precise your message, the more useful the first reply. Ideally:
- The exact Dolibarr version — shown under HomeAbout, or at the bottom of the page.
- The module concerned and its version.
- What you did, and what you expected instead of what happened.
- The error message, if there is one, copied exactly, or a screenshot.
- How Dolibarr is installed, if you know: shared hosting, a server you own, Docker, a hosted service.
Do not send any password or access to your installation. If access turns out to be needed to understand a problem, we will discuss it at that point, and you decide.
Response time
Messages receive a reply within two working days. This is not an on-call service: there is no night cover, no weekend cover and no guarantee of restoration within a few hours. If a problem cannot be solved, you will be told.
If you have bought a module
Modules are sold on the DoliStore, the Dolibarr project’s marketplace. It handles payment, invoicing and download.
- A question about an order, an invoice or a refund: this is a matter for the DoliStore, which is the seller.
- A technical question about the module itself: write directly to
support@dolix.fr, it is quicker.
Before buying
For each module, the pages on this site state the minimum Dolibarr version declared in its descriptor, the versions on which it has been run, what it writes to your database and what it does not do.
If your installation is unusual — an intermediate version, a database migrated from another software, many third-party modules, customisations — write before buying and describe your case.
A problem in Dolibarr itself
If the problem does not come from a Dolix module but from the Dolibarr software, the right places are the project’s issue tracker and the French-language forum. You can still ask the question here: you will get an opinion, and a lead if the behaviour is already known.
