We connect for one hour by video call on your Dolibarr. You show me what is going wrong; I look at the configuration, the modules installed and the version. You then receive a written report: what is blocking, why, and what the fix would cost.
Its cost is deducted from the package you order next.
One hour is almost always enough to tell whether the problem lies in the configuration, a module or the version. The report is yours: nothing obliges you to have the rest done here.
Quote, invoice and delivery note redesigned in your company’s style: logo, legal wording, layout, and the custom fields you need. The template is tested on your Dolibarr version before delivery.
Your instance is copied first. The upgrade is run on that copy, in Docker, until it goes through. Invoices, PDFs and modules are checked on the copy, and only then do we switch over — with a rollback backup ready.
Dolibarr installed on DoliCloud or on a server of your own, then configured for your line of work in two days: what you use is in place, the rest is switched off. A one-hour training session, recorded, stays with you to come back to.

When no existing module does the job, we write one. The price is fixed and stated after the diagnosis: you know what you will pay before the first line is written. The source code is delivered to you.

One hour of work included each month, a reply within 48 working hours, and a watch on Dolibarr releases — so you know which one affects you and which one can wait.
No commitment, cancel from one month to the next.
A one-off package fixes one thing and stops. Support, on the other hand, means you are not left alone when an upgrade comes out or a screen changes: one hour a month, and someone who already knows your installation.

Prices excl. VAT. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. These packages do not go through the DoliStore: quote and invoice issued directly, under the terms of service. The DoliStore only concerns the modules in the catalogue.
This form does not send itself: it prepares the message in your email software, and you are the one who sends it. Nothing is transmitted to this site, which neither receives nor stores any data.
Do not send any password or access to your installation. If access turns out to be needed to understand a problem, we will discuss it at that point, and you decide.
