When a deposit or a credit note had several VAT rates, each discount line on the invoice received the cost price of the whole deposit: the cost was counted several times and the invoice margin was wrong.

One person, from diagnosis to follow-up

When a need keeps coming up, it becomes a module: margin per working day on quotes, bulk editing of records, duplicate detection… Open source, under the same licence as Dolibarr, with no calls to any external server. Every module ships in French and English.

Questions people ask first
I know nothing about IT. Is that a problem?
No. You explain your business and what you want to achieve; the configuration is my job. The diagnosis report is written for you to read, not for an IT specialist.
Why a fixed-price package rather than a day rate?
Because you should know the price before you say yes. That is exactly what the diagnosis is for: after it, the price is set in writing and does not change.
Do you work on site?
Everything is done remotely, by video call, wherever you are: that is also how the diagnosis takes place. In Alsace, a visit is still possible when it is genuinely useful.
Do I need to give you access to my Dolibarr?
Not to begin with. Access is only requested after your written acceptance of the quote, with a signed commitment regarding your data, and you are the one who opens and closes it.
My Dolibarr is on DoliCloud, OVH or on my own server.
All three are fine. The diagnosis starts precisely by looking at where and how your instance is installed.
